Chicken Skin

Considered to be one of the favorite parts of a perfectly roasted or fried chicken,  our chicken skin can be cooked crisp for a snack, crumbled and used as a topping for tacos, or rendered for the fat that can be used in other applications. All of the chicken skin we pack comes from our air-chilled birds in one-pound packages, ensuring that you receive the same quality you've come to expect from all Common Wealth Poultry products.
