Braise these in red wine with some aromatic veg, or season liberally and grill for instant gratification. It only takes one properly cooked duck leg to convert even the staunchest white meat fans. 2 duck legs per pack!

Packed in 1 pound (minimum!) increments to preserve freshness. While we normally ship fresh, we're currently shipping just below the freezing point to ensure safe delivery!

Our birds come from small family farms throughout the Northeast, and are butchered right here in Maine. They are a natural product: antibiotic free, with no added chemicals or adulterants. Our birds are air chilled and Halal guaranteed.
