Our hand cut Peking duck breasts are a flavor bomb, and have a gorgeous layer of that prized fat. Break them out when you really want to impress. Sear in a ripping hot pan, and finish in the oven, or take to the grill. Throw a few slices on top of a salad or noodle bowl to make a quick meal, or bust out the fine china and do it right — your call. 2 breasts per pack.

Packed in 1 pound (minimum!) increments to preserve freshness. While we normally ship fresh, we're currently shipping just below the freezing point to ensure safe delivery!

I love ducks!

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it just may be a duck. I would add one more line to that, if it tastes like a duck, then it must be delicious!
