Our Hot Italian Chicken Sausage is a brand new recipe from Common Wealth Poultry! Still using our air-chilled chicken and a house blend of spices–this spicy (but savory) sausage will be loved on it’s own, in pasta dishes, with fish, and is a perfect addition to soups and stews. 

While traditional pork sausage is high in unhealthy fats and calories, our chicken sausage is lower in calories and fat while being equally as high in protein. Our Hot Italian chicken sausage comes in 1lb pound packages with 4 links each!

Ingredients: CWP Ground Chicken, Water, Kosher Salt, Whole Garlic, Granulated Sugar, Fennel Seed, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Paprika, Cayenne, Dried Oregano, Hog Casings

Hormone and preservative free.
