Using our own air-chilled chicken, we’ve come up with a lower fat, lower calorie alternative to the typical pork and beef based sausages, while still maintaining the flavor you know and love! While traditional pork sausage is high in unhealthy fats and calories, our chicken sausage is lower in calories and fat while being equally as high in protein. Our Sweet Italian chicken sausage c omes in 1lb pound packages with 4 links each!

Ingredients: CWP Ground Chicken, Granulated Sugar, Water, Kosher Salt, Fennel Seed, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Parsley, Hog Casings
